Thai with Sophie is a clothed massage performed on a comfortable floor mat, combining deep assisted stretching with kneading and compressing of the meridian lines and acupressure points of the body. Thai Massage is incredible for those who need help stretching and/or have chronic pain, and can create a deep sense of bliss and mobility in their body. Wear comfortable clothing you can stretch in.
Massage-Yoga
- 60 minute massage-yoga session - $100

Be lead through yoga postures with Michelle based on specific needs or for general flexibility, and receive massage while in poses and during relaxation. Session may be in larger movement space or in private room, based on preference. Mats provided. Wear comfortable clothing.

Seasonal Wisdom Inspired by Traditional Chinese Medicine, Yoga, and Holistic Nutrition.
Classes held at the turn of each season to learn how changes in nature affect our bodies and emotions. Learn from nature to nurture yourself from within. 4-hour workshop includes a presentation to connect with the energetic influence of the shifting seasons, followed by a seasonal yoga/movement/self-massage class, and concluding with discussing food as medicine while you enjoy a wholesome, delicious, in-season meal.
